ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING BY THE OSTC TRIP LEADER BY ABOVE DATES. AFTERWHICH CALCULATIONS WILL BE MADE ON THE AMOUNT OF REFUND DUE, if any. Only cash refunds will be for 2022 trip payments (based on above), no refunds or carryover for 2020 credits. Refunds for 2020 credits sold to new participants will be issued post trip & will be refunded based on initial Trip Registration date & time stamp for original 2020 Trip.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: All U. S. Citizens participating in this tour program are required to have a U. S. Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of the tour (September 30, 2022). The Airlines will not let you board the aircraft if your passport is EXPIRED OR WILL BE EXPIRING WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF YOUR SCHEDULED RETURN FLIGHT.
COVID POLICY: Currently, Europe is planning on opening the borders only to those that have received the vaccine. Some countries are still requiring a negative PCR test upon arrival at the gateway airport. Once these tests are administered, you must wait for the result until you are able to depart the airport. Of course, we expect these policies to change and be more relaxed as more people get vaccinated and the overall spread of the virus continues to diminish. We will continue to monitor any updates provided by the government of the countries involved in this tour and advise of any restrictions and regulations at the time of your scheduled departure. Holidaze, nor OSTC, is responsible for travelers who choose to not get vaccinated nor travelers who test positive upon arrival. We recommend that all participants take a negative Covid Test at least 72 hours prior to departure to avoid any issues upon arrival in the gateway country.
INSURANCE RELATED TO COVID: We highly recommend travel insurance. Most insurance companies are treating Covid as any other flu condition and will cover participants who test positive for Covid prior to their departure. Participants will be able to claim the nonrefundable tour costs based on the medical coverage as long as the trip is canceled 48-hours prior to the departure date. Similarly, if you test positive for Covid while on your tour, the medical coverage should 47581cover medical payments and any necessary evacuation costs.
