CANCELLATION POLICY: Wherever and whenever you choose to travel with O.A.T., reserve at no risk: If you cancel a reservation at least 90 days prior to your departure, you will receive a refund equal to your Trip Price, less any Travel Protection Plan if purchased minus $100 club cancellation fee..
Unless otherwise stated next to the program’s rate chart, you will receive a refund (which excludes the cost of the non-refundable Travel Protection Plan) less any non-refundable airfare/add-ons, non-refundable services fees, and the following per-person charges. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you in a manner to be determined by O.A.T. or Grand Circle, including, but not limited to, credit for future travel. The majority of applicable refunds are processed within 45 days of receipt of your cancellation.
Cancellation Charges for Land Tours and Land Adventures:
- 90 days prior to departure or more: Trip Price refund less purchased Travel Protection Plan and $100 club fee
- 89-60 days: 10% of your Trip Price or $300—whichever is greater plus any club fees
- 59-30 days: 65% of your Trip Price plus any club fees
- 29 days–departure: 100% of your Trip Price
