  The Best of Georgia and Tennessee! – A True getaway! Visit with Nature and 9 of your best Travel Club Friends! You will stay in a NEWLY Built Luxurious Mountain Home in Ellijay Georgia. We’ll raft the Ocoee River (where the 1996 Olympics were held) and Kayak (float) the Hiawassee River (very relaxing day) both are located in Tennessee. We’ll participate on group Hikes in both States and go out one day on the Lake with a wonderful Pontoon Boat (# rope swing). We’ll experience an Underground Waterfall deep within the Ruby Falls Cave, a Dinner Sunset Cruise on the Tennessee River.1 Evening stay in Downtown Chattanooga, 2 Nights stay in Nashville, 4 Nights in the Blue Ridge area, and 1 Night in Historical Savannah!

  PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES: $2,099 per person Check payments or Credit Card payment in Full – 4 nights hotel accommodations; Dbl Occ, 4 Nights stay in a Modern Farmhouse Mountain Home in Ellijay, Ga; Sunset River Cruise; Pre-Trip Party; Van Transportation; Mostly Inclusive Trip including paid Activities, Selected Meals and Alcohol. Professional Guided White-Water Rafting, Kayaking rental, Pontoon Rental; Ruby Falls, Surprise activities included. “REGARDING PRIVACY, minimum Double Occupancy (Sharing Room with other or others) - we must best utilize all bedding available to us - You must be up for a group social setting whether it be in a van, luxurious cabin, raft, boat, or hotel.

  CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received by Orlando Ski and Travel Club in writing. No penalty if cancellation received prior to February 20th, 2024; $100.00 per person cancellation fee if cancellation is received after February 20th, but before May 16, 2024. After May 16, 2024, cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid or the total cost to the club of such cancellation. No refunds after June 15, 2024.   CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received by Orlando Ski and Travel Club Trip Leader in writing.  If you cancel a reservation at least 90 days prior to your departure, you will receive a refund equal to your Trip Price (less $100 Club Cancellation Fee).  You will receive a refund less any non-refundable airfare/add-ons, non-refundable services fees, and the following per-person charges. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you in a manner to be determined by O.A.T. or Grand Circle, including, but not limited to, credit for future travel. The majority of applicable refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation. The trip is operated by Overseas Adventure Travel, they determine how the refund will be issued.

  Cancellation charges are as follows (plus $100 Club Cancellation fee):

  • After February 4, 2024 & prior to 90 days prior to departure 
  • 89-60 days prior to departure: 10% of your Trip Price 

  • 59-30 days prior to departure: 65% of your Trip Price

  • 29 days prior to departure: 100% of your trip price
