Wekiva Island Membership Drive Picnic
Sunday, May 17th at 9:30am

Don’t be late! Wekiva capacity fills very quickly, most likely the gates to Wekiva Island will close around 10:15am, and entry will not be permitted after that time. Be sure to review the event details for information about this year’s exciting new member recruitment promotion. This is always one of our favorite gatherings of the year — great people, great energy, and a fantastic way to kick off your consideration for next year’s trip signup season and welcome new members!

Lake Louisa (Clermont, FL) Cabin Party Weekend #6
October 16–18, 2026

Cabin reservations are secured — and signups will be open Sunday, May 17th at 9:00am (both online and in person at the Wekiva membership event).

These cabins sell out quickly every year, so be ready! For less than $100, you’ll enjoy a fun-filled two-day weekend staying in comfortable lakeside cabins with your fellow club members. It’s one of our best-value and most popular events — don’t miss it!

Post Ski Trip Season Celebration
Wednesday, April 8th | 6:00–8:00pm

Gators Dockside – Baldwin Park

We’ve planned something special to celebrate an amazing ski season! This event will replace our usual March and April monthly socials.

The club will provide food and everyone’s first celebratory drink. Bring a friend who might enjoy the fun, friendships, and adventure our club is known for! I’m especially looking forward to hearing all the ski trip stories from the trips I missed this year. We’re expecting over 100 attendees — as we’ve seen over the past four years — so please RSVP now on Meetup!

2026–2027 Ikon & Epic Pass Update

Important tip for next season:
I recommend NOT renewing for next year directly through Epic or Ikon. Instead, purchase your pass through our lodging partners if you plan to join one or more of our group trips next year. By using our group wholesaler link, you may earn cash back toward your lodging package — payable after completion of the trip. It’s a smart way to maximize your savings while traveling with the club!

We’re currently in the planning stages for next season, with a trip list to be revealed at our Wekiva event and trip signups expected to launch at the end of May. Our incredible volunteer trip leaders are already hard at work creating exciting ski and non-ski adventure opportunities for you. Stay tuned — there’s a lot to look forward to!

**IMPORTANT NOTICE – OSTC CLUB OFFICER ELECTIONS**

Voting for OSTC elected club officers will begin online on MARCH 7th. Each current club member will receive an email containing a link to the voting ballot and a stipulation that you must log into the OSTC website to access the ballot for voting. You may also submit a write-in candidate through the online ballot using the Other selection. Any write-in name is subject to review to ensure eligibility for the position and agreement to serve. Online voting for elected club officers will end on MARCH 31st.
