Dear Orlando Ski and Adventure Travel Club members and potential new members!


The upcoming Membership Drive Picnic is so important to all of us and the future of our wonderful club. It takes all of us to invite our friends, coworkers, and neighbors to help continue to build this club with fun people and reach our best potential.


We’re all excited to speak with you in person at Wekiva Island in Longwood on Sunday June 9th regarding our upcoming trips that we will be launching for sign-ups later this month! CLICK HERE TO RSVP


This June 9th event will take the place of our normal June Monthly social.


Our 2025 Ski Trips will be first previewed at the Wekiva event on June 9th and this day is also your first opportunity to sign up for the Lake Louisa Cabin Party Weekend IV in Clermont, FL, taking place Sept 13-15th, 2024! This event is expected to sell out quickly as a limited number of spaces will be released on June 9th. An event waiting list will be created behind those limited signups. The themed parties and costumes were spectacular last October so don’t miss out! 


Official Ski Trip signups will take place online on our club website www.OrlandoSkiandTravelclub.com starting June 14th. Keep an eye out for an official email notification regarding that launch.


Important Information and Details Regarding Member Referral Rewards Program:

  • I hope you’re excited to know how YOU can receive an additional $250 discount towards your trip sign-up for this coming year! Your board has put together a wonderful incentive for current club members to help grow our club by inviting new potential members. Invite your friends or co-workers to our Membership Drive Picnic at Wekiva Island in Longwood on June 9th and this is how it works:
    • If you are a current member and your guest attends the event on June 9th, signs up, and pays for a new club membership (online) by June 10th - Both you and your guest will receive a $50 discount on your next 2024-2025 club trip! (i.e.; only applicable per membership)

    • Also, if your guest signs up for a 2024-2025 trip before 7/14/24 the current member receives an additional $200 discount toward their own new trip sign-up and any new club member signing up for a trip for the 1st time by 7/14/24 will receive a special $200 trip credit in addition to any possibly offered $100 early bird discount! For a grand total of $300!! (i.e.; only applicable per membership)

    • Current members who have joined the Orlando Ski & Travel Club, but have never traveled with the club, can also take advantage of the $200 additional discount by signing up by 7/14/24 for your first group trip with us.

        Visit with Nature and 9 of your best Travel Club Friends! You will stay in a NEWLY Built Luxurious Mountain Home in Ellijay Georgia. We’ll raft the Ocoee River (where the 1996 Olympics were held) and Kayak (float) the Hiawassee River (very relaxing day) both are located in Tennessee. We’ll participate on group Hikes in both States and go out one day on the Lake with a wonderful Pontoon Boat (# rope swing).         • Start your adventure discovering one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World - Iguazu Falls from both Argentina AND Brazil - with a 3-night stay at 5-star Gran Melia Iguazu. This spectacular hotel has direct views of Iguazu Falls - an experience of a lifetime!

        • Next, your adventure takes you to Buenos Aires, the Capital City of Argentina with a 3-night stay at the 4-star Hotel Madero.

        • Your adventure continues onto Argentine Patagonia with a 2-night stay in Puerto Madryn, Patagonia's star destination for Marine life watching, at the 4-star Peninsula Hotel.
