President's Message

      Hello Orlando Ski and Adventure Travel Club members and potential members! 

    • Membership Drive Picnic – Sunday May 7th, 2023 starting at 9am.
    • Signups for Lake Louisa #3 (Oct 13-15th) will open on this day. Stay tuned for the April President’s message providing more details on this year’s new member recruitment promotion.

    Mark your calendars now for Wednesday April 12th at 6-8pm for our specially planned “Post Ski Trip Season Celebration Event.” It will be at the Springhill Suites by Marriott Winter Park which is located 1127 N Orlando Ave Winter Park. This social gathering will take the place of our normal monthly March and April Socials. The club will be providing food and everyone’s first celebration drink for all attendees. Feel free to invite someone you know that may be interested in participating in the fun and good times we have in our club.  We are expecting a large turnout as we had last year, so please RSVP now on Meetup for the Post Ski Trip Celebration Event https://www.meetup.com/skiing-96/events/292025039/

    Additionally, we will be holding the OSTC elections/voting at this event. Your Club Board is made up of all volunteers. Those volunteers who are in positions that are up for reelection have stated that they all will be running for a second term. The Nominating Committee will take applications for elected officer positions which are up for reelection until April 1st, 2023. Link - Interest Form for Elected Officers on the Board.  Additionally, nominations from the floor will be accepted at this April General Membership Meeting. Your vote is important, and you must attend the meeting to vote.  Our officers ultimately help provide the direction of our club. If you have not renewed your membership, now is the time. You must be a current paid member to vote.

      Post Season Celebration &
      Officer Elections

      Join your friends and future OSTC members for an event not to miss on

      Wednesday April 12th from 6pm - 9pm

      This will be an evening of fun, and celebration at the SpringHill Suites Lobby Restaurant and Bar, located in the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, 1127 North Orlando Avenue, Winter Park - Located across the parking lot from Miller Ale House, and Hilton Garden Inn.

      This is our "End of the Season" party, celebrating a wonderful season of ski, and travel. This is a time to celebrate new friends, existing friends, and reminiscing about the ski adventures, and antics.

      We are also getting ready for next season, as we elect Officers for the Orlando Ski and Travel Club during this Social.

      Join us, bring your vote, your experiences, and have some fun, as we convene in the lobby, and the outside patio with a firepit.

      A full bar is available. Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided. Plenty of parking is available.
